Traam uses different types of cookies classified by their purpose: 

a) According to the entity that manages them:

• First-party Cookies: These are managed by Traam.

• Third-party Cookies: These are managed by an external team or domain (for example, Google, Meta, among others). 

b) According to the length of time they remain active:

• Session Cookies: These are a type of cookie designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a web page. These cookies are not stored on the user's device when the session expires or the browser is closed.

• Persistent Cookies: These are a type of cookie in which the data remains stored on the device and can be accessed and managed for a defined period set by the cookie controller.

c) According to their purpose:

• Technical or Essential Cookies (Do not require consent): These are those that allow the user to navigate through a web page, platform or application and use the various options or services that exist within it, such as controlling traffic and data communication, identifying the session, accessing restricted access parts, remembering the items that make up an order, carrying out the purchasing process of an order, requesting registration or participation in an event, using security elements during navigation, storing content for the streaming of videos or sound, or sharing content via social networks.

• Functional or Personalisation Cookies (Optional, require consent): These are those that allow the user to access the service with some predefined general features based on a series of criteria on the user's device such as, for example; the language, the type of browser through which the user accesses the service, the regional configuration from where the service is accessed, among others. 

• Analytics or Performance Cookies (Optional, require consent): These are those that allow the person responsible for them to track and analyse the behaviour of users of the websites to which they are linked. The information collected through this type of cookie is used in measuring the activity of websites, applications or platforms and in developing browsing profiles of users of those websites, applications and platforms, in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of usage data by service users.

• Marketing or Targeted Cookies (Optional, require consent): These are those that store information about users' behaviour obtained through the continued observation of their browsing habits, allowing for the development of a specific profile to display advertising based on the same.
