Andrés Díaz
Co-founder
Of Colombian and Mexican origin, he arrived in Spain in 2015 to pursue his university degree. After completing his degree and master's at Esade, he ventured into the world of start-ups in Barcelona and then joined the American company "Cash App".
After going through 8 immigration processes until becoming a citizen, with all the headaches, frustrations, and costs that they entail, he told himself that there had to be a better way to manage these procedures. This led to the idea of Traam, a solution he would have loved to have existed for him at the time.
He's personally interested in staying up-to-date with news, politics, and economics, and is an sports enthusiast, focusing on the gym and yoga. He wants Traam to be a tool to make life easier for migrants having lived it first-hand. In the company, he focuses on strategy, product, technology, and general administration.
Helena Segú
Co-founder
A Catalan from Barcelona she considers herself a person with initiative and an entrepreneurial spirit. She is a practicing lawyer and a member of the Barcelona Bar Association, with experience in various law firms.
She has specialised in real estate law, asset management, and, in particular, immigration law. She has lived and accompanied her clients first-hand through complex cases, learning the difficulties that migrants face daily to get their paperwork in order. To that effect, she strives for excellence in everything she undertakes.
She enjoys traveling and is passionate about learning new cultures and languages (she is currently enrolled in a French course). She is responsible for managing the internal operations of the company and ensuring that Traam is providing a first-class service.
