The best bit: it is already active! Bizum is fully operational and will appear as an option on our checkout screen so that you can complete your purchase with this new method.
🔑 What Is Bizum?
Bizum is the most popular instant payment system in Spain. It is a service integrated directly into your bank's app that allows you to make completely secure, real-time payments. It works by linking your mobile phone number to your bank account, without the need to create new accounts or top up virtual wallets.
To use it at Traam:
Choose Bizum at checkout: Once you have your products in your cart, go to checkout and select "Bizum" from the payment options.
Enter your phone number: Type in the mobile number associated with your Bizum account.
Authorise the transaction: Open your bank's app on your mobile. You will receive a notification to confirm the payment securely (usually with your fingerprint, FaceID or PIN).
Purchase confirmed!: Once approved in your app, the Traam screen will update automatically, confirming your purchase.

Maximum security: The payment is authorised within the secure environment of your own bank's app. Traam does not receive or store any bank details.
